Only tops that have been sold within 1 year may be returned. The client is responsible for shipping the top back to us. The top will be inspected, and the refund should be the clients retail price minus 25% for the restocking fee.

The top will be inspected and if we are unable to sell the top as new, the client is responsible for the discount that we must provide to the new client. The refund should be the client's retail price, minus 25% for a restocking fee, and the discounted price that we will determine.
If the client makes an error in ordering the top or portion(s) and it needs to be returned, the client is responsible for all shipping charges. The original top/portion(s) will be inspected and if we are unable to sell the top as new, the client is responsible for the discount that we must provide to the new client, the retail price of the new top/portion(s) they need, and the shipping to them.
No Return for any Top/Portion(s) older than 1 year.
Shipping: We ship using UPS and the amount is calculated at the time of charging the card. If the top is in stock, we will ship within a day or two after the payment was received. If your order is not in stock, when it is finished and ready to ship, we will contact you to let you know that it is being sent out.
